Web Design
How many custom theme design revisions do I get?
Virtually as many as needed based on one initial, approved design. We usually start with a single design which is presented to you for approval. You get to decide what you like, what you don’t, and we keep moving forward until completed.
What are theme restrictions?
Even though rare, some features requested to be included as part of a custom theme might not be doable.
What web technologies do you use to build websites?
We use WordPress and Elementor for most of our projects but we also work with Drupal. For ecommerce projects we use WooCommerce and Shopify.

What web development technologies do you work with?
We generally work with HTML, CSS, Ajax, jQuery, and JavaScript. We also work with PHP since we build most of our websites with WordPress CMS.

What is the difference between domain and hosting?
A domain is the web address users type to find your website such as www.mywebsite.com while hosting is the service that hosts website files.
Can I host videos or big files?
No, our servers are customized to store website files, only. There are many services such as YouTube and Vimeo for video hosting and Dropbox and Box for big files.
Can I host high traffic sites?
Yes, please let us know in advance. We have options to scale your website’s performance as needed.
What are the benefits of your maintenance packages?
Our maintenance packages include everything your website and business needs including but not limited to a fast, cloud-based hosting server, weekly backups, monitoring, WordPress, Drupal or Joomla! website platform or CMS and plugin updates, an SSL certificate, and Cloudflare’s CDN or Content Delivery Network, and enhanced security.
