Behind the Otter Creative Studio Name

I few weeks ago we were asked by someone about our company name and how we had come up with it. He simply stated that he was interested in knowing these things about companies and we couldn’t have been happier with the question—after all, we love to tell the story!

Otter Creative Studio’s name concept started with a family vacation trip to Big Sur, California. About 30 miles north lies a beautiful, coastal city, Monterey, where otters live. We fell in love with the animal and the online marketing and web design company name was born—and the rest, like they say, is history.

We had the opportunity to go back about a month ago and we decided to record a short but amazing video on our way to Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park. It is beautiful down there and if you enjoy watching this video imagine being there!

So, what’s behind your company name and what inspired you to come up with it?
